How to Update Job Status from the Field

After reading this, you will know how to move a job through every status from your phone. Rundo technicians use the My Jobs view to update status with one tap.

Open My Jobs

Open Rundo on your phone. Technicians land on My Jobs automatically.

Tap on the job

Tap the job card to open it.

Tap Start Route

Tap the orange Start Route button. This sets the status to En Route and sends the customer an SMS.

Tap I've Arrived

When you arrive on site, tap I've Arrived. This sets the status to In Progress and starts the clock.

Tap Complete Job

When the work is done, tap the green Complete Job button.

Pro tip

When you tap Start Route, Rundo automatically sends an SMS to the customer saying you are on the way. No extra steps needed.
