How to Sync an Invoice to QuickBooks

After reading this, you will understand how invoice syncing works between Rundo and QuickBooks. Once connected, every new invoice syncs automatically. You can also re-sync failed invoices manually.

Create an invoice in Rundo
Create and send an invoice as normal. Rundo automatically queues it for QuickBooks sync.

Check the sync status
Open the invoice. Look for the QB badge next to the status: Synced (green), Pending (yellow), or Failed (red).

Re-sync a failed invoice
If the badge shows Failed, click Sync to QuickBooks next to the badge. Rundo will retry the sync.
Pro tip
Rundo also syncs the customer to QuickBooks before syncing the invoice. If the customer does not exist in QB yet, Rundo creates them automatically.
