How to Reschedule or Move a Job

After reading this, you will be able to move any job to a new date, time, or technician. Rundo updates the schedule instantly and can notify the customer automatically.

Open the job

Go to Jobs and click on the job you want to reschedule.

Open Job Details

Expand the Job Details section.

Click the scheduled date/time

Click the current date and time to edit it.

Select a new date and time

Pick the new date and time from the calendar picker.

Save the change

The schedule updates automatically. If SMS notifications are enabled, the customer receives an updated confirmation.

Pro tip

On the dispatch board (Schedule page, Day view), you can see all technician time slots at a glance. Click an empty cell to create a new job at that exact time.
