How to Invite Your First Technician

After reading this, your first technician will have their own Rundo login with access to their assigned jobs. Rundo gives technicians a dedicated mobile view built for job sites.

Open Team Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar, then select Team & Availability.

Click Invite Team Member

Click the Invite button at the top of the team management section.

Enter their email

Type the technician's email address.

Select the Technician role

Choose Technician from the role dropdown. This limits their view to assigned jobs only.

Send the invite

Click Send Invite. They will receive an email with a link to create their account.

Pro tip

Set their working hours and trade under Team & Availability before assigning jobs. The smart scheduler uses this data to find open slots.
