How to Connect Rundo to QuickBooks Online
After reading this, your Rundo account will be connected to QuickBooks Online. Rundo automatically syncs customers, invoices, estimates, and payments to QuickBooks so your accountant sees clean books without you doing extra work. Elite plan required.
Open Financials
Click Financials in the sidebar under Business.
Click Connect QuickBooks
Click the green Connect QuickBooks button.
Sign in to Intuit
You will be redirected to Intuit's login page. Sign in with your QuickBooks credentials.
Select your company
Choose which QuickBooks company to connect.
Authorize the connection
Click Allow to give Rundo access to sync data.
Return to Rundo
You will be redirected back to Rundo with a confirmation that QuickBooks is connected.
Pro tip
After connecting, click Import Customers from QuickBooks to bring your existing QB customers into Rundo. This links accounts automatically and prevents duplicates.
