How to Cancel Your Subscription

After reading this, you will know how to cancel your Rundo subscription. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Your data stays available for 30 days.

Open Billing Settings

Click Settings, then Billing & Payments.

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm the cancellation

Confirm your decision. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

If you need to pause instead of cancel, reach out to support@rundo.ca. We can pause your account and keep your data safe.
